Human form, ears are usually under a witch hat. |

She's actually a "cat with a rediculous amount of magical power." |
|
[EDIT]
Cat ears, which are usually covered by her hat, and rarely a tail.
Appearing in the first episode, Blair is a tertiary character mostly used for comic relief and fan service early on.
Despite apparently living very close to the "Death Weapon Meister Academy" [DWMA] she seems surprised when Soul first turns into a weapon, and spends most of the first episode trying to convince him to be hers while fighting Maka and Soul.
After defeating her, and consuming one of her souls, she's revealed to be not a witch, but just a cat with loads of magic power. She then spends the rest of the series living with Maka and Soul, and appearently working at a bar called Chupa Cabara's.
Culminating her role as fan service, during the first climax of an attack on Death City and the DWMA proper, she gets in a grope fight with a composite form of the Mizune sisters. (Mouse/Rat witches.) Afterward, her appearances in the series are rather rare, with the exception of the lead up to the finale where her and the other two Chupa Cabara's girls are brought in the help finish a major project. (To the bemusement of the leader of said project.)
